That’s a wrap! The Just Be Retreat was all that I could have hoped for and more. Now that it’s behind me and I’m back at home I’m mentally scrolling through my lingering thoughts from the last 3 days. Words couldn’t possibly capture all that my heart has to hold. The women who were a part of this event were truly something special. So many precious conversations, powerful learnings, and time spent breathing and reconnecting with ourselves…inspired to consider the next steps we can intentionally take on our own individual health journeys. The lakefront home was beyond magical. From the yoga, to the massages, to the gluten and dairy free food…it all felt like an extension of my heart and the love I’ve poured into the preparations for this time over the last year. Every hug shared felt like a visual of what I dreamt this could be. Thank you to the beautiful women who trusted me with their retreat experience and to those who partnered with me in making it happen. I’m deeply honored to have been your host. From my heart to yours, each of you uniquely contributed to the beauty of what this was for us all. This event has completed. Enjoy these memories from the retreat.
